OMG My Youtube was suspended! What does that mean and how to I get it back?! Please help!! ?

My youtube account was suspended about an hour ago! It said I had a copyright infringement. I'll take the vid down.......but HOW DO I GET MY ACCOUNT BACK?! :( If anyone knows anything about this stuff......please let me know! Thanks!! ~Indie G
