Please help me this. It's serious, and I really need some advice.?

My friend was d recently. I took the neccessary steps and got her to report it, with my help. She told her counsler about the , but the problem is that the woman thinks my friend enticed the boy into doing it. I don't think her mom believed her either, but I'm not sure. But my friend did not ask for what happened to her. I know her, she would not do that! I feel a need to help this friend. She has had a very rough life. And her family life is not doing so well. There's talk of her being taken away from her mother to become a foster child. (She lives alone with her mom, a single mother.) What can I do to help my friend? She's one of the sweetest people I know, and I have to do something!
