HELP?! Any advice with flying with a ruthless 2 year old for the holidays?

We are flying for the holidays to VA on Monday. I am losing sleep due to being soo worried that my son will have his usual meltdown with his kicks, hits, screams & bites and I will not know how to respond in such close quarters. I need some advice on what I should bring and what I should be prepared for.
