How do I upload a YouTube video without the song being removed by WMG?

I want to upload a video with pictures and music playing in the background (like a tribute or music video). Lately, I've been visiting videos that got taken down because of copyright infringement.I haven't uploaded one yet, because I'm sure it'll get taken down if youtube finds it. I'm not making ANY money from it whatsoever, and I sure as hell don't want to get in trouble with the law. Where do I have to go on YouTube so that it doens't get taken down and/or get approved of?
