I feel like my body is falling apart..

So I have an enlarged liver and spleen, which probably isn't the end of the world but I am going to do a biopsy to make sure there is no issues. I have had a small lump in my neck come and go and since my stomach pain has started 3 wks ago ( due to my liver and spleen) I have had a swollen throat. So today I find out I have thyroid issues and I have to a sonogram on that now. I am nauseous, so tired and dizzy and just want to give up and say to hell with it. Seriously what else can go wrong? ... I have two little boys and an amazing boyfriend so I am trying to keep positive for them, but I can't help thinking about the worst. Anyone out there ever have these issues? Thanks in advance.
