Make my 1976 ford f250 Truck cooler?

We have a 1976 ford f250. Its has a 7.5L with a 4bbl carburetor that's about 400 horses we got it up to about 120 mph and I'm not joking. It only gets about 11 mpg. should I get a lift kit? and what other items do I need to get?
