Oh my god, I've been inhaling mercury!?? What do i do?

I don't think you're in any danger. One broken lightbulb doesn't have enough mercury to harm you. BTW was it a fluorescent bulb or a regular incandescent? Only the fluorescent ones contain traces of mercury, even then, not sufficient amounts in a single tube to do any damage.
