My ex-bofriend of 2 yrs ago calls me and wants to visit me....does he still feel something?

I went out with this guy for a few wks and then ended it with him as I thought he was not right for me. Then we remained friends..he was crazy about me. Then after a couple of mths I fell for him really hard and we started dating again. To make a long story short, it was v intense and we fought and he broke it up with me. I was in bits and I mean bits...like very depressed as we had a great physical and mental connection. He still wanted to see me... a lot...as good friends. So we kept meeting every week or so and of course kept 'getting back' with each other. In the end, after 1 yr I emigrated to get over him as he 'didnt want something serious'. Two yrs later, he calls me and wants to visit me. I told him I'm dating another guy, and I am (even though I still hurt over him..I wont let him into my life..I have to be strong..after all the hurt he caused). What does this mean? Has he still got feelings for me? Does he regret his behaviour?
