Why can't people see that an excessive no of foreign footballers in the EPL is killing the England team?

it makes fcuk all difference cos the best english players all play for there clubs and all play for england.. gerrard, lampard, rooney etc etc these players all start for their clubs so why does the foreign infuence make any difference??? it dosnt!!!!!
