Andre Berto and Victor Ortiz for April?

Ortiz has certainly been tested more than Berto, the jury is still out on Berto as he has fought nobody of champion quality. this would be a good match as it would be the first time Berto has been involved in a meaningful fight,if he didnt have an alphabet title we wouldnt even be mentioning him.
