Boyd Graves AIDS conspiracy?

Sadly, if it is true... it makes sense. It is obvious that ANYONE can contract aids, but it is also OBVIOUS which groups are most effected by it. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a conspiracy and I wouldn't put it p our government to do something so horrible, especially when similar incidences (ex: Native Americans and small pox blankets) have already been proven as conspiracies. We have the technology for bio-warfare, it would be foolish to think it is not at all possible.
