Help. Coby MP-C7095 mp3 and video player won't bring up list of music that has been downloaded.?

Everything else seems to work great except that after I turn it on and enter "music" the only song it lists is the first one. All the downloads are listed if I go to the "delete" menu. I even tried going through each one from there and hitting "no" after delete. I'm not very computer literate so if you have any ideas then please use laymans terms. I did go to the coby site but this player wasn't even listed or recognized.
