HELP!!!! PLEASE!!!!!! EMERGENCY!!!

Just now i was lying down trying to sleep and there was a really loud popping noise and it sounded like a popped fuse and there is a storm outside but we checked the fuse on the electric bed and all was fine, however after this my hand starting hurting like hell and went all red and spotty and then like a while after the top of my thigh went all numb and me and my friend where like WHAT THE HELL?!?!?!? sooo PLEASPLEASE LEAVE YOUR ANSWERS TO WHAT MAY BE THE PROBLEM!!!! thank youu!
