Love Triangle, what should I do?

I am a gay man who I have started having discreet with a one. Problem is, He has a so-so girlfriend. The real big problem is that all 3 of us work together. I know about his relationship with her but she does not know about my relationship with him. He has been married 3 times to women all ending in divorce after a short time. The girlfriend's life is so messed up that she has 2 sons from another man who is an alcoholic. But she is spending time at her mother's while the bixual guy works a night job. Then on some nights after he finishes work, he goes to his girlfriend's mother's house to pick her up for . Although I am not in love with this man, I do care about him and visa versa. He does not want my ual relationship out in the open for obvious reasons. I would love to fall in love with him but his life is screwed up financially that I don't want a relationship with a man like that. However the is good between us. What do I do?
