Mean school rumors and I feel like commiting suicide?

Some people in the school don't like me but I really liked this girl Mackenzie as a friend until this one kid I hated Bobby started a rumor that me and Mackenzie were dating then she walked past the hallway and stuck her finger out at me and said "You!" She walked past and then I got very angry how do I explain it to her that it was Bobby. There is no way she would believe me. I wanted to start a worse rumor about Bobby. But he's got the whole school rumor fully in and my friends won't even talk to me anymore
