Hey Christians! Do you feel like you are never good enough?

I don't believe that I have to be completely perfect in order to get to Heaven, but yes, I've certainly had the feeling you're describing (not being good enough). I know that I've fallen short of the mark. I don't know that perpetual insecurity is necessarily tied in with Christianity, though, because I have a depressive Pagan friend who harbors a very deep sense of not being good enough, too. In my own case, growing up being constantly told that I was a sinner may probably had something to do with my own guilt complex (my mother often told me that I was a walking symbol of sin, because she believed that was sinful even in marriage), but I'm not half as haunted by it as I was when I was a kid. I like to take a positive outlook on life.
