I had a tubal 7 months ago after a c-section with my 2nd baby.The past 2weeks i've been feeling very pregnant

Im currently still feeding my daughter and my feel fuller and even almost get engorged between feedings, im needing to urinate more often, my hands swell at night, and i feel crampy and bloated all the time. Could i really be pregnant again?
